Equipping underrepresented women with CS resources
Students engage in weekly group sessions to deepen understanding of key concepts, peer mentorship, and networking opportunities with top tech industry experts.This unique initiative is dedicated to empowering Black, Latinx, and Native women in pursuit of an education in computer science and provides the leverage you need to break into tech.

Program eligibility
Designed for students from historically underrepresented communities interested in careers in tech
Currently enrolled in a university undergraduate program
Currently taking a Computer Science class or pursuing a Major/Minor in Computer Science or related technical field
Can commit to at least 1 hour a week during the Fall 2023 semester
We heavily encourage women who self-identify as: Black/African American, Hispanic/Latinx, and/or Native American
